We recently installed a 500 Wp solar photovoltaic (PV) system with a 1,000 watts inverter for a secluded chicken farm in Pangkalan Batu.
For almost 30 years, the farm owner has been hatching and raising chicks at their home before transporting them to the farm as they had no access to electricity there.
With the solar PV system in place, they can now do everything on the farm! The solar PV system is used to power several incubators, LEDs and other small electronics.
