As the government no longer provides complimentary supply of streetlights for small roads and junctions, many village residents have opted to collectively install solar streetlights along the junctions leading towards their residences as this option is far cheaper than the cabling and installation cost of conventional streetlights.
This project in Kampong Jerudong features six solar streetlights installed by our company along a small road leading to a housing area which accommodates about 20 private homes.
